Diagnostic overview
Identify where your private markets capability is constrained
We offer two diagnostics, two different levels of insight.
The first is strategic, organisational and instant. The second is adviser-level, granular and provides a benchmark and reference for professional development.
The 2x2 Rapid Diagnostic is a short executive scan. It helps leadership teams understand whether the primary constraint sits in operating clarity, adviser readiness, or the interaction between them.
The PMCI-50Q goes deeper. It measures adviser capability directly across six locked domains and produces data that can support rollout decisions, benchmarking, and targeted capability work.

2×2 Rapid Diagnostic
A short executive diagnostic for locating the primary capability constraint.
The 2x2 diagnostic is designed for leadership teams, not mass cohorts. It offers a fast strategic read on whether private-markets capability is being constrained by operating clarity, adviser readiness, or both.
The output is practical rather than theoretical. It highlights the likely operating symptoms, the strategic implications, and the risks of trying to scale conversation volume before the underlying conditions are in place.
For many firms, this is the right starting point. It creates internal language and sharper leadership discussion before deeper adviser-level measurement begins.
PMCI-Q50
Adviser capability measured directly across six locked domains.
PMCI-50Q is the deeper assessment layer. It is designed for adviser populations where the firm needs more than a directional view and wants evidence on where capability is strong, uneven, or not yet reliable enough to scale.
The assessment measures six domains: Operating Clarity, Adviser Confidence, Communication Quality, Suitability & Segmentation, Workflow & Escalation, and House-View Application. It also supports confidence-calibration overlays and benchmark comparison across cohorts.
Used well, PMCI-50Q becomes more than a one-off assessment. It becomes a governed capability dataset that can support rollout planning, intervention design, and post-programme validation.
